Returns/Refunds-

We will gladly accept your return for most items purchased at FireProofUs under the following circumstances:

  1. FireProofUs is contacted at fireproofus@mail.com within 7 days of the date the customer receives the item.

  2. A video or picture of the item’s front and back is uploaded along with the return request.

  3. The product is not damaged and is in the same condition as it was when it was received by the customer.

  4. If the product was defective or damaged when received by the customer, FireProofUs will cover the cost of the shipping to return the product.

  5. If the package is damaged, but the product itself is intact, then the customer must contact the carrier to place a complaint.

  6. No returns will be accepted for Breast Cancer Awareness personal use items (i.e. tumbler, bags, clutch bags, mouse pads, etc.) on which the “Fire Proof” or “isurvived” logo is in place.

  7. Returns for Breast Cancer Awareness clothing will be accepted, but will require special shipping for which special instructions will be provided at the initiation of the return.

  8. For missing items, please contact fireproofus@mail.com and we will work to get the item to you as soon as possible. If the missing item has not been received by the customer more than 7 days after the original package was received, please notify us at the email listed above.

  9. Please include the following information in your return request at fireproofus@mail.com – 1) the date the customer received the item 2) reason for return 3) the order/purchase number 4) video or picture of the item’s front and back 5) customer’s name as listed on the order 6) customer’s email address.
